           You should be careful on using cheat codes too frequently until you complete the mission where you save Madd Dogg from jumping off the casino rooftop. The game will prevent you from completing this mission if codes have been used excessively; this number appears to be cheats being used 500 or more times. When this number has been exceeded, Madd Dogg will jump off the roof in a few seconds, making it impossible to save him. Note: If you encounter this problem, enable the "Slow motion" or "Adrenaline effects" codes to get there faster. You still must be quick in order to save Madd Dogg.
Infinite health While playing the game, press Down, X, Right, Left, Right, R1, Right, Down, Up, Triangle. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. Note: Falls, explosions, drowning, and vehicle rundowns are still harmful.

Infinite ammunition While playing the game, press L1, R1, Square, R1, Left, R2, R1, Left, Square, Down, L1(2). If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. You no longer need to reload, and will have unlimited ammunition for each new weapon that is picked up. Repeat this code to disable its effect.

Weapons (tier 1)  While playing the game, press R1, R2, L1, R2, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. The least powerful weapons in each category and rocket launcher will be unlocked. To get infinite ammunition for this or the other weapons tiers, repeatedly enable the code until no ammunition number appears beneath the gun pictures. Hitman level in all weapons
While playing the game, press Down, Square, X, Left, R1, R2, Left, Down(2), L1(3) to receive dual wield, etc. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear.

Health, armor, and money
While playing the game, press R1, R2, L1, X, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. Note: You must enter this code multiple times to increase your total money. If this code is enabled when your car is smoking or damaged it will get repaired. During various missions where you are in a car while someone else drives and you shoot (for example, Reuniting The Families), enabling this code will instead blow the car up, failing the mission.

Pimping mission completed
While playing the game, press Right, L2(2), Down, L2, Up(2), L2, R2. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. You can now get money from prostitutes instead of paying them.

Taxi missions completed
While playing the game, press Up, Left(2), Down, Circle, Square, L1(2), L2, R1, R2. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. All taxis will now have nitrous.

Raise wanted level
While playing the game, press R1(2), Circle, R2, Left, Right, Left, Right, Left, Right. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear.

Six star wanted level
while playing the game, press Circle, Right, Circle, Right, Left, Square, X, Down. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear.

Lower wanted level

Super punches
While playing the game, press Up, Left, X, Triangle, R1, Circle(3), L2. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. Punch pedestrians to send them flying further away; however, they can also super punch. Repeat this code to disable its effect.
Adrenaline effects
While playing the game, press X(2), Square, R1, L1, X, Down, Left, X. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. CJ will be effected in a similar manner to if he took an adrenaline pill from the prior Grand Theft Auto games, with increased strength and slower time. Repeat this code to disable its effect.

CJ jumps higher
While playing the game, press Up(2), Triangle(2), Up(2), Left, Right, Square, R2(2). If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. Repeat this code to disable its effect.

All cars have nitrous
While playing the game, press Left, Triangle, R1, L1, Up, Square, Triangle, Down, Circle, L2, L1(2). If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear.

Spawn Bloodring Banger
While playing the game, press Down, R1, Circle, L2(2), X, R1, L1, Left(2). If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear.

Spawn Caddy
While playing the game, press Circle, L1, Up, R1, L2, X, R1, L1, Circle, X. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear.

Spawn Dozer
While playing the game, press R2, L1(2), Right(2), Up(2), X, L1, Left. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear.

Spawn Jetpack
While playing the game, press L1, L2, R1, R2, Up, Down, Left, Right, L1, L2, R1, R2, Up, Down, Left, Right. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. When wearing the Jetpack, press X to accelerate. You can strafe with L2 or R2. To still in mid air in the Jetpack, hold L2 + R2. You will know if you are not moving if the exhaust pipes are circling. To take it off, press Triangle. To put it back on, just walk or run at it. It is also possible for both characters to have Jetpacks in two player mode. Enable the "Spawn Jetpack" code, then press Triangle to leave it. Have player two pick it up, then repeat the code to get a Jetpack for CJ. Note: You cannot save, enter, or exit buildings with the Jetpack on.

Deadly vehicle
While playing the game, press L1, L2(2), Up, Down(2), Up, R1, R2(2). If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. Any vehicle driven will become invincibleNote: This code will eventually wear off if you run into lots of cars with the same vehicle. It runs out faster when the "Destroy all vehicles" code is enabled over thirty times. Also, if you enable this code when inside a vehicle, the vehicle will explode others on contact, but your car will not be "shielded" as it would be if you entered the code before entering the vehicle. Therefore, this results in your vehicle exploding as well. If you do happen to enable this code inside a vehicle, get out, then get back in and it should function normally.

Manual weapon control drive bys in cars
While playing the game, press Up(2), Square, L2, Right, X, R1, Down, R2, Circle. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. You can now aim and shoot at passing pedestrians/vehicles using the Right Analog-stick, just like your homies can do during drive-by shootings. Repeat this code to disable its effect.

Taxis upgraded
While playing the game, press Up, X, Triangle, X, Triangle, X, Square, R2, Right. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. All taxis will have nitrous and can be jumped by pressing L3 without completing the taxi missions. Note: This code cannot be disabled.

Massive BMX bunny hops
While playing the game, press Triangle, Square, Circle(2), Square, Circle(2), L1, L2(2), R1, R2. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. Get a BMX bike and bunny hop to travel massive distances.

Drive on water
While playing the game, press Right, R2, Circle, R1, L2, Square, R1, R2. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. Repeat this code to disable its effect.
Flying cars While playing the game, press Square, Down, L2, Up, L1, Circle, Up, X, Left. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. Cars can be flown like a normal plane. Repeat this code to disable its effect.

Cars fly away

Invisible cars

Faster cars

There are no police, firefighters, paramedics, or regular citizens, and there will be no traffic except in gang territories. Repeat this code to disable its effect.

Gangs and workers
While playing the game, press Left, Right(3), Left, X, Down, Up, Square, Right. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. The streets will only have gang members, police, firefighters, paramedics, and shopkeepers. Repeat this code to disable its effect.

City in chaos

This creates an effect similar to what happens in the final mission of the game, with rioting and looting and buildings on fire. Repeat this code to disable its effect.

Pedestrians have weapons

Kinky theme
While playing the game, press Square, Right, Square(2), L2, X, Triangle, X, Triangle. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. Note: Activate it after starting a new game if it does not work with your current saved game. Pedestrians will turn into pimps and prostitutes, vehicles include white dildos, and CJ will have the gimp costume. Additionally, there are five sex toys to get. They are random. Do not use this code outside or it may crash the game. Enable it in safe houses with a wardrobe, in the wardrobe, or in the sex shop. All five sex toys can be seen in there.

Rural theme
While playing the game, press L1(2), R1(2), L2, L1, R2, Down, Left, Up. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. Vehicles that are normally found in rural areas will now appear regularly and CJ will have hillbilly gear. Repeat this code to disable its effect.

Yakuza theme

Fast motion
